Thankfully her friend is willing to meddle, and after a much-needed talk, she and Raine clear things up. For good this time.

What they find out was not at all expected, and while it put their relationship on the mend, it leaves Raine concerned about Eda's past without them.

Meanwhile, Luz is dealing with teen issues and having awkward conversations with her owl mom.
Join the Owl House family as they fail to communicate properly leading to an abundance of misunderstandings, but it all works out in the end because regardless of their hardships, they still love each other.
They should also probably get therapy.

Summary
Eda is watching Melody when her daughter unexpectedly starts to get her magic. After a tantrum-driven spell hits Eda, she finds herself stuck within her own mind. With the help of her healer, Mara, Raine goes in to bring her back. However, in doing so, they find themselves seeing firsthand the traumas that have reared their head throughout their new relationship. They come out on the other side with a better understanding of their wife, and again wish they had a way to change what happened. In the end, all they can do is be there for her, just like always.
Meanwhile, Mara is given some advice that pushes her to finally use the information she's been gathering for the last two years.
This still works as a stand alone but knowledge of the rest of the series will definitely help with context.

They unexpectedly run into their mothers, who they haven't seen in years. For good reason. After a slightly heated conversation, Eda returns. A confrontation follows unearthing revelations that lead to tentative understandings. Relationships are far from repaired, but it's a start.
Or Eda and Raine continue to support each other while navigating the mess that is their lives. This time featuring some Raine trauma, and a little more Eda too. Also, baby Melody is there to be a light in her parents' lives.
