Munch trailed the rough pad of his finger down Gator's neck, feeling the wild pulse beneath. "Like the rabbit, the boy is caught, looking for escape, knowing there is none."
Munch leaned in next to Gator's ear, his hot breath over the very spot he'd bitten.
"But some rabbits," Munch whispered, "want to be eaten."
Gator stops running. Munch pays another visit.
