Summary
A prince once tried to get ahead in life by simply following his personal ambition and nothing more. A simple plan to take a foreign throne was his only goal and yet the only reward he managed to obtain was pain and misery for everyone unlucky enough to be involved.
"Be better and make up for your mistakes" was the only sound advice he ever got, so a second journey began, not prepared at all. And for that he payed in blood quite a lot,
But the country he found was not a peacefull, nice or coy. Everyone he meet was as obsessed with power, respect, and wealth as the him of before, and if no one else is trying to fix their mistakes at all....
Then what is the point of trying to be better all alone? Maybe in his best interest would be to simply try his original plan once more; after all, caring for himself was the only thing he had ever known.
