Summary
Kaoru was never good at asking for help, or letting other people in. Even his best friend of more than 20 years. As he recovers from Adam's vicious attack during the tournament beef, he is beginning to realize that being alone may not be the healthiest way for him to heal. Kojiro has always been there with a ready shoulder and open ear. This time he's willing to put everything on the line to prove to Kaoru that he's not alone, and never has been. Even if Kaoru refuses to see it for himself.
