as time goes on, helga thinks about what it'll be like being with arnold. she's always had a massive crush on him, everyone knows that, but how does arnold feel? they've kissed, they've held hands, etc. maybe she'll know more in the future.
as for arnold himself, he's crazy about her. he's had a massive crush on her since the sixth grade, and wants to spend every moment with her. he doesn't even know why he has a crush on helga. she was always mean to him. but maybe when she kept admitting her feelings for him, and how she does have a soft side, he might've fell for it.

Summary
High School is officially over, but then comes the college stress. Helga, on the other hand, takes her own path, taking a year off, and heading to community college. In her head, she knows she probably wouldn’t have thought about doing that, given how smart she actually is, but the right choice on the community college was all the motivation she needed to go to one anyway.
Arnold, though, is in the middle of his four year college life, and is now going home for the summer to be with his friends and family again. As time goes by in his third year of college, he wonders about many possible changes he could make in his life after college, and it all led to one specific thing. Will he go for it? Who knows, but Helga might definitely approve with this idea.
