“Okay, hyung, place your bets.” Seungkwan giggled the moment the elevator’s doors opened to their floor. Seungcheol picked up his duffle bag, placing the strap over his shoulder as he gestured to the younger to enter first: “What do you mean?”
“It’s a little game I always play when I get home late.” the blond man smiled “I try guessing how I’ll find Jeonghan-hyung: what he’s doing, where he is, how he’s dressed, and things like these, you know? In three months, two considering how we’ve been away for a whole month, I’ve guessed it quite often, but that’s just because he’s dozing off on the couch half of the evenings so he isn’t that entertaining. But there have been times he’s surprised me by doing something unpredictable: one night I’ve found him working out in his bedroom, I’m sure he’s told you about that.”
Or: Seungcheol and Seungkwan come back to Korea only to find Jeonghan burning the kitchen down and their cat, Yolk, hiding under his bed.

Summary
Like every Friday evening, Jeonghan drove Seungcheol to the booked restaurant, they ate together everything they wanted with a strict ban on the word ‘diet’ and they updated each other about all the things that had happened over the previous five days despite them talking over the phone for at least two hours and a half every night. Not a lot happened since their last call or their latest meeting, but their hearts and minds were so in sync that they never ran out of topics and, in case they did, excited words and rushed storytellings were replaced by comfortable silences and tender eyes and smiles as they proudly eyed the other’s empty plate and pushed stripes of grilled meat towards each other. And in the end, as always, Seungcheol paid for the both of them, gently smiling and politely bowing his head at the restaurant owners and at the imploding Carats muttering excitedly all around them.
Or: Jeonghan is about to leave for his compulsory military training and Seungcheol has to deal with it
