Bilbo had always wanted to be a baker but time, society and breeding did not permit such frivolities. That is however, until a party of Dwarves turned his quiet evening upside down and Bilbo finds himself on the improbable path of baking albeit not for a living, but because he loves it. Oh, and it may just save all of their lives, or at least their digestive tracts. Good baking generally does.
