Summary
An exhausted and stressed out superpower finds a relic of better days in the back of the hidden drinking cabinet he'd used during Prohibition, and suddenly the stress doesn't seem that bad; at least, not if he has the escape he'd long forgotten about: The glide of soft fabrics agains silk skin, the warmth of appreciative appraisal directed at him, and the comfort that - for a few precious hours - he could be anyone he wanted to be.
If one sneaky nation hadn't intervened.

Summary
Alfred was used to spying in galas and parties all across the world. He loved the swish of skirts around his legs and the thrum of the beat the musicians would play, even as the company around him often bored him to death. And for all that he was aware he wasn't the only nation who snuck into balls all over the world, it was still a surprise the first time he actually ran into one.
It just had to be Ivan, didn't it?

Summary
Alfred thought this was going to be a routine mission, like the ones he normally pulled off for his intelligence agencies when they couldn’t risk anyone else. He was going to go in, integrate himself with the target’s staff, get the information, and leave. It was an absolutely normal job. Except, of course, for the dress he was going to be wearing the entire time. But that was ok, that was perfectly fine - it wasn’t like anyone was going to know he was a guy, and hey, no one he knew was ever going to see him in a maid’s outfit, so yeah, he was totally fine with this. Enter a bored Ivan on a mission, a perverted, grab-happy target, a sympathetic staff, and it’s far from the month that Alfred was expecting. What did he do to deserve this?

Summary
They dance like they've done it for countless centuries - an eternity in every move they make. They dance like they're ageless; like the world spins in tandem with their twirls. They dance like they're beautiful and breathtaking; like there was nothing more important in the world than being exactly where they were.
They danced like there was nothing more precious than each other, and Arthur wondered how long he'd willed himself to miss this.
