Summary
NCIS is called in to assist the Air Force's 42nd Special Operations Group to investigate the death of a Marine who was bringing specialized intelligence to DARPA. Central to this is MG Charles C. Cooper, aka, "Space Case Charlie," who's been searching for the remains of an alien in Yosemite National Park, only for NCIS to discover the General not only found the remains, but the alien herself.
