“I’m not staying in the car-“ He was cut off by her slamming the drivers side door. He huffed, trying to regulate his breathing. He felt nauseous. Frank’s forehead collided with the dashboard, his hands running up and down the seams of his jeans. Frank wasn’t sure when he picked that up off Gerard, but it was helping.
Once Frank was able to take a full breath again without choking, he glanced around. There were two cops on the front porch talking to a crying woman, a hauntingly thin looking kid with glasses basically glued to her side. Another two cops were standing outside a cruiser, and if Frank squinted hard enough he could just barely make out the silhouette of a man in the backseat.

Bruce has been doing superhero work longer than anyone else on the justice league (at least, longer than the vast majority), and yet he hasn't shown any sign of slowing down.
Some of the 'founding fathers', so to say, are in their 40s. They aren't as flexible as they used to be and their age wears on their skill. Most fire members have passed their prime and have long since accepted it. Yet, their is one outliers.
Certain members are realizing that Batman? Well Batman doesn't show those signs. Infact, he seems as adapt to the world- if not more then when the league was formed.Alternatively; Gotham City is alive, and that gives the people in it...a little bit of a power up. Batman doesn't like outsiders for a reason; he's the only hero suited for his villains (and the Robbins, of course).
