Whether it was the blasé dismissal or the pet-name, Rey doesn't know, but something in her response only serves to anger him further. Jaw ticking and brows pulling in far enough to almost touch in the middle, he bares his teeth at her like an animal.
Beautiful.
“You're on my armrest.”
“Yes, well,” she offers a wave toward the chair she was sitting on before which is now occupied by two men clad in heavy leather and even heavier beards. “My seat was taken. You don't mind, do you?”
Or the one where omega Rey works as a dominatrix to get through college and alpha Ben is the overworked lawyer that gets dragged to a kink club by his colleagues and falls for her charms.

This human was hers... well, she thought of him as hers. She was pleased to find him again. He’d grown so much. No longer a child. “Go to sleep... dream of sparkling oceans, sand, peaceful islands long gone... wake tomorrow at peace..” Rey let him fall back to the floor, his friend Finn would think he’d fallen asleep on lookout. She kissed his temple. The human wars had decimated the planet, reawakened the resting demons beneath it’s stones. The price had been high. Rey recalled his memories as she flew through the shadows to her territory. Armitage didn’t approve of her pet human... but he was one to talk, wasn’t he? ... the hypocrite.
