Unfortunately, none of that seems to help with the increasingly inconvenient set of symptoms she can't seem to shake: intrusive thoughts, sweaty palms, shortness of breath, and a complete inability to act normal around her married attending, Dr. Ben Solo. He's fifty-one, brilliant, infuriatingly decent, and entirely off-limits. The diagnosis is obvious. The outlook is bleak. And the prognosis? Terminal.

I'm Evie. Recently graduated stormtrooper and budding mechanical engineer. I'm pretty handy with a shock prod but my dream is to take off this stuffy white helmet one day and claim a position as an officer on board the destroyer Impirialis.
The only problem is my clumsiness got me on the wrong side of my boss's son, Armitage Hux, and now he's got it in for me. What makes matters worse is his temptingly sexy younger brother, Edward Hux, has also taken an interest. Oh yeah, and I can't seem to remember who I am.
I'm sure I will figure it all out in time. Meanwhile, better avoid the Hux boys and get on with my studies at the First Order's centre for military excellence: Arkanis Academy.

They get off on the wrong foot immediately, and it will be a miracle if they don't kill each other before the year is done.
But the more they are forced to work together, the more Rey's feelings begin to change. She finds it harder and harder to remember that he's her teacher, and that boundaries exist for a reason.
