Summary
When Hermione crashes into Ares Greengrass's life, their lives are changed forever.
She was supposed to be his daughter's bridesmaid. Somehow she became his new business partner and together they set up a company that helps Kingsley rebuild and modernise wizarding society in a post-war world. Expect horcrux hunting, wizarding politics and an alarming number of awkward and embarrassing situations as they stumble into one strange adventure after another.
Set against the late 90s British lad/ladette culture, this dark rom-com is era consistent in language, humour and attitude. It straddles both wizarding and Muggle worlds featuring a huge ensemble cast of both canon and OC characters. There will be filthy language, casual drug-taking, rock music and naturally, curries.
This is book two of the Merlin’s Daughter and the Titan series. You don't need to have read book one, but it does provide a lot of background information for this slightly AU world. Definitely not compliant with the canon epilogue.
