“Suo, you good?”
Tsugeura’s loud voice cuts through the commotion of the classroom. The rest of the class turns to the two, and Suo silently curses Tsugeura for causing a scene.
Suo gives him a slightly strained smile, as he attempts to straighten his back. “I’m feeling great.”
Tsugeura gazes at him with a blank expression— a second too long.
Then he beams and continues to his own desk.
