Summary
As the Tripartite Framework settles like a cloak over Yokohama, the city-state begins negotiating in earnest with the rest of Japan. Hero Society is rightfully wary of the Quirkless City, but open to reintegrating their civilian population with each other.
If only either side were a little less proud, perhaps Chuuya wouldn't be attending UA as a first year in a 'show of good faith.' As things are, he's all too aware of his role as a barely-kept hostage, all while actually being a poorly-concealed mole.
The timing couldn't be worse, with his assignment beginning shortly after what Dazai has dubbed the 'Stormbringer' incident, and amidst the brewings of what will one day come to be known as the 'Dragon's Head Conflict.' Nevertheless, Chuuya has fallen into his role as a Mafioso with a spotless record of mission completions, and he doesn't plan to change that now. At the very least, being so far from Yokohama means he won't have to deal with Dazai's bullshit for a while. Right?

Summary
In a world where meaning meant everything, Dazai had none, but he wanted it more than anything else.
In the bowels of Yokohama’s criminal underground, Dazai was in search of a reason to live, but even after witnessing the worst of humanity, he still hadn’t found any.
But then, he hears word of a rising prodigious fighter, and he's infatuated the moment his eyes lands on the redhead standing victorious in the ring.
OR: Chuuya only fights in illegal betting rings to support both himself and the Sheep, a small group of runaways. They were getting by and happy, despite the circumstances.
Until, a boy dressed in a black suit with only one empty eye visible barged his way into their home, insisting he was a runaway just like them, with an eerie smile on his face.

Summary
Humans were most unnatural, tainted by the burden of intelligence that nullified instinct in exchange for a guarantee of boredom and safety. The most dangerous thing they had to fight with was their own mind, sharp and refined. Trust in fellow man was an evolutionary failure for a species that sought thrills in the high of deceit and the low of isolation. They always want something. They always need something.
And in the very end, they’ll beg a divine and even more self-motivated being to grace them with company in death, yet refuse to die first.
