Fingertips trickled down his back, then up again, the back of his nails gliding over each slope of his ribs, counting the divots. “Perfect,” Dazai hummed.
Perfect. He scoffed at the embarrassing praise, but it made his chest feel a little warmer. Perfect for what? There was no use Dazai had for Chuuya’s bones—nobody cared about that part, just the muscles that wrapped around them and filled out the skin they had been left with. Bones couldn’t even feel or think, but they were the last part to remain. It was unfair.
Dazai could pick apart every piece of him and praise the beauty of its role in the mosaic that was his Chuuya.
tl;dr chuuya struggles with adjusting to his new life at the agency, so dazai plans a date night to cheer him up

“Tell me, where do your loyalties lie?”
“With the Port Mafia, obviously!” He barks out.
“It’s too late for that.” The boss suddenly reaches down into his desk, pulling out a single piece of paper. He rests it on top of the table before slowly sliding it towards the ginger, “This is a letter of termination.”
His jaw parts, lungs stuttering. Taking a step back, he hopes this is all some sort of sick test.
“Because of your frolicking with the Detective Agency, you’ve been deemed a traitor. This note” — he waves his hand over the paper — “is just something formal for an executive.”
Or; Chuuya messes up on a mission, and Mori deems this as a traitorous act. Somehow, this involves Dazai.

Summary
All Chuuya has is the sticky note with coordinates and a date that welcomed him home after his mission abroad. For all he knows, this could very well be a set up by Mori; some twisted test of loyalty, maybe to measure up how easily Chuuya is taken by curiosity.
He enters the booth, closes the door behind himself, and waits for the phone to ring anyway.
Or: Dazai and Chuuya talk through pay phones while Dazai is in hiding.
