    I hate the Diaz parents so much. I want them (especially Helena) to hurt! I I want them to get their due. I believe neither the Buckley nor Diaz parents deserve any sort of redemption arc. And if they are given one, it should be after a LOT of genuine groveling.

    I want to luxuriate in paragraph after paragraph of their pain. I need whole chapters…or even better an entire story…where they drown in isolation, discomfort, and the repercussions of their abuse and treatment of Eddie and Chris.

    This is that. Enjoy their Comeuppance.

    So... he writes a number of letters to be delivered should anything happen to him.

    And then, because Buck has Buck's luck, they get delivered prematurely.
