Summary
After the final battle with Shizuo, Izaya left without any intention to be involved with anyone he once knew in ikebukuro. For everyone, Izaya was a heartless bastard, he was the monster, but one day, they finally knew the reason why . They found out that he was more human than anyone else and was nothing of the monster they thought he was.
When a dangerous Mafia group which members were very odd and abnormally strong was making trouble in ikebukuro, Shinra decided to call Izaya to ask for his help. Izaya had no choice but to secretly come back to Japan and deal with them.
