Summary
Midoriya Izuku does not have a quirk. He may not burn with Kacchan's explosions, and his teeth and nails may be a little sharper and more resistant than those of a normal human being, but he also has an extra joint in his little toes, and that alone classifies it as quirkless.
That is, until the day that he is fighting Kacchan in the All Might's practical test and inadvertently burps a fireball.
Or the one where Midoriya Hisashi's lineage is much more than meets the eye, and Izuku finally goes to a licensed doctor.

Summary
Fourteen-year-old him was an idiot. He should've never joined the League of Villains. He wanted to fix society, not end it. How the hell was he supposed to know that Shigaraki would release an army of Nomu across Japan and kickstart the Nomu apocalypse?!
But it happened, and now his friends are all dead (no thanks to him), and the only way to fix this mess is to turn back the hands of time to where this all began. Which means he has to go to UA and get into the Hero Course. The Quirkless, ex-villain, has to become a Hero to save the world.
. . . Yeah, this isn't gonna turn out well.
