Summary

Jason Todd, Red Hood, broke into the Titan Tower to teach his Replacement a lesson about dead Robins and stealing names.
Neither of them cares about some random biological mutations.
When Tim's secondary presentation heat hits, they are both set for a fun ride to find out why exactly Prime Omegas were respected and feared in equal measure.
