Summary
Personas are the way to understanding your true self, a way of recognizing the facets that are normally kept hidden. They provide a steady comfort to its user, and perhaps more importantly in the circumstances in which they are awakened, assist them in their fight and journey.
...Personas aren't usually known for being talkative, though.

Previously titled 'Chigaru'
The Faroshi’s scaled tail flicked as he spoke in a foreign accent, “If you are here to pick a fight, you know will not win.” The words sounded foreign and odd coming from him. Not at all like the Cub Twilight knew all those years ago.“Why are you here?” The Zonaite asked.
“We’re here on a quest.” Time started.
“Oh, perfect, a quest!” The Zonaite pulled his sword away from Time, but flung his hands up haphazardly with no regard for if the sword happened to poke someone’s eye out. Time had to flinch back to avoid losing his other half of vision. “And who gave you this quest?”
“...Hylia.” Sky said hesitantly.
The Faroshi glared at him before laughing. There was no humor to be found in it. “Great! What is this divine quest, pray tell? Slaughter my people? ‘Claim back your land’, as is your ‘divine right?’ What in Farosh’s name could this mighty quest be?”
Twilight whined a bit at the Faroshi’s hostility, and he noticed the Zonaite looked at him for a moment. “Wolfie?” He asked.

Summary
The Ancient Sheikha were far from stupid. So, when they were digging into the Zonai and found a glowing stone with the capacity to power three divine beasts alone, they naturally sent it to their biggest project. While attempting to figure out how to draw power from it, they accidentally melted it down. Prompting some new ideas, some far for experimental than others. However, they ultimately decided to backtrack and restored the stone to its original form. When the Shrine of Resurrection was completed, the Sheikha added an emergency protocol. Should it ever be the case where the shrine was failing to bring back either Hylia’s hero or her descendant, the shrine would melt down its power source and inject it into them. After all, that amount of power should bring anyone back if it doesn’t kill them, but those chosen by Hylia or related to her should be more than able to handle it without repercussions.
Oh how wrong they were.
