The words of the Witch King turn in Arturia's head over and over.
"If the Creator has willed the extinction of his creation, the Creator must perish." How ironic for a divine entity to have its creations so thoroughly, mutually despise it. It's actually pretty funny.
"The meaning of music has always been so narrow." That was the one line she had disagreed with. When every single life is a performance so great and beautiful, something she wished to share with everyone else the way she would witness them. How could anyone see them as narrow?
"You have become a mirror to others, a receptacle that only takes while feeling nothing." Well, that must be just plain wrong. The red headed Sankta trying to put a bullet in her, though aiming at her own effigy, makes Arturia’s own heart mad.
Arturia had felt many precious emotions throughout her life. This was the first and only time she's ever felt *overwhelmed*.

"Watch out, Boo!" I shriek, throwing myself into the cycle lane to push my best friend out of the path of an approaching phalanx of bicycles and back onto the pavement.
The world goes white for a second.
All at once, I find myself sitting on a comfortable, overstuffed sofa in a bland, warmly-lit room. Blinking my eyes open, I read the bright green text splashed across the opposite wall.
"Welcome! Everything is fine."

I never did them. In fact I did the opposite of those things. Someone made a mistake, and I’m not supposed to be here.”
Fran's mouth drops open. After a beat, she closes it and taps her temple with a forefinger. “You know. I knew that. It makes whole lot more sense.”

Summary
An explosion at a fertilizer plant in Ostania was, for a day, the biggest news story in the nation. It left a particular impact on young Anya Forger, whose mental health is sent on a downward spiral after the fact. She's not acting right, in fact she seems to be an entirely different person. Her behavior is unnaceptable and her emotions are on the fritz.
The Forgers enlist a therapist to try and help their daughter, wondering if Anya's in the midst of a temper tantrum or a genuine depressive episode... All while Anya grapples with her own feelings, unable to truly express what has turned her into this.
