Ibuki’s gaze falters from the anger, he instead watches his partner's confession in despair. His heart aches for him.

Shima and Ibuki solve a case but it ends rather unfourtunatly, and Shima blames himself for it. Ibuki wants nothing more than to make sure his precious partner is okay.
