Megan, as good and obedient as ever, moved her hand to Dani’s cheek, caressing it with softness and care. She paid attention to the freckles on her nose that spread and fainted in her cheeks. She looked deeply into her eyes and she could swear she saw not love (not yet), but care in them. Dani cared for her, she was sure.
Her gaze traveled to her lips, those lips she loved kissing and biting and staring at. She rubbed her lip with her thumb, and Dani just looked at her every move. She was completely devoted to her at that moment.

The two play off and the scores are glaringly different. Megan - 7 points. Yoonchae - 82 points. Maybe Megan would’ve played better if she wasn’t all too distracted by Yoonchae’s bursts of laughter, or Yoonchae’s smile, or their looks towards each other every time they- mostly Megan- missed a shot.

Yoonchae gets lost for about five seconds, staring at Megan’s lips- no- her smile. Before quickly looking away once she feels her own cheeks start to flush.
