Summary
Irminsul has finally stopped burning, and everyone’s returned to their homes. Through the fight with the Fatui, the evacuation and return efforts, and the disaster itself, just about everyone has some sort of damage to their homes and belongings. The dendro archon decreed two weeks in which all public services (not including healthcare) would be suspended to allow for more efficient cleanup of the city, and restoration efforts to public locations will begin after a week to enable everyone to focus on their houses.
This is the continuation of the conversation the players saw in the quest.

The porcelain plate clattered a little too hard when Rin set it down. He didn’t mean to, really, but he couldn’t help it. He watched Shidou’s stupid smug grin, Isagi’s stupid smile, and everyone else’s woahs of admiration at what they just heard. He gripped the edge of his seat tighter, glaring down at his plate.
