The cage that holds the demon Fyodor sits quietly across from him. For the demon in white had predicted his prediction everything was predicted up to this very moment in time.
When everything is quiet left only to my waking thoughts of my own mind unable to remember if Im in fact real or not where time doesn’t exist only emptiness. Like Im drowning just by breathing in the air. Panic start to seize in my skin forming in my thoughts. Until I hear the demon in white speak something Im unable to hear death and lavender lacing his voice as if its trying to lash out and tear me limb from limb.

Before, they were only as close as Billy let anyone get, but lately the distance between them has been shrinking. He’s not the kind of guy who likes to talk about himself. Mostly he listens, prods, collects, but never offers. He learned young that when you’ve got a brain like he does you can’t afford to tell people what you’re thinking or how you really feel. Stu isn’t one of those people though, Stu has to keep his thoughts secret too and now this is theirs to keep, between them.

Summary
Let’s switch up the timeline a little bit:
Maul is captured by Ahsoka before the Chancellor is being kidnapped, thus Order 66 doesn’t happen just yet. Instead Maul is taken to Coruscant to stand trial.
At the same time, an Exploration Corp finds note of an ancient artifact of great importance, but has trouble locating it. For the artifact to be located and activated, it needs both, a Jedi and a Sith. Good thing the Order has one at hand. Obi-Wan, unwilling to put another Jedi at risk, volunteers to work with Maul. Maul is, surprisingly, quite cooperative.
Together, they challenge destiny.
