Summary
“And I pushed her right at him.”
Angela stares at him for a second, emotions flickering across her face. He recognizes most of them: frustration, annoyance, sympathy, and then something that looked like understanding and surprise; but can’t figure out what she’s thinking as she reaches forward and rests a hand on his arm.
“You weren’t looking for this, Tim. No one would have expected him to turn out a kidnapper. Lousy date, maybe, but we can’t always save each other from those.”
Lucy doesn't show up for work, and Tim knows it's all his fault.

We’re doing everything we can, but these things take time.”
“No we’re not!”
“I know it feels that way, but Grey is right: Caradine’s team is out there, and we’re no good to anyone if we’re worn-out. Worse than that, we’d be at risk of-”
“No! We’re not … I can’t just … how are we supposed to sleep, knowing that Jackson is dead, and his killer is out there, and Angela is … god knows where, and I can’t even brush my teeth?!”

Summary
They agree upfront that although any kind of job-related communication is permitted, all non-essential questions, stories, musings, and psychological observations are off the table. Tim's pumped about it at first, the promise of a blissfully quiet afternoon rolling out ahead of him like a highway, but it turns out that as inane as he often finds Lucy's chatter, he ultimately kind of misses it.
(A continuation of that whole wager situation from "The Rookie" 4x06, "Poetic Justice.")

Summary
“You've thought about this for months?” She asks, watching him.
He nods. It’s straightforward, to the point. Honest. It’s Tim.
“Well, that’s…” she stops, not sure where to go.
“Scary?” He fills in, his hand circling lightly on her knee.
OR -- Tim and Lucy have feelings. And sex. And it's new. And sweet. And honestly? Not at all scary.
