His lieutenant stands dutifully by his head, ready at any second to take the bar should Johnny reach failure, but he hasn’t flagged even after five reps. And up close, Simon can’t help but be distracted watching a rivulet of sweat trail down from Johnny’s hairline, along the arch of his cheekbone.
“Four more,” Simon murmurs, quiet in his rapt attention. “PR, Johnny.”
All he gets is a grunt in reply, easing the bar down with a great, heaving breath before straining to push it up once more. Seems to be an off-day, but Simon isn’t having it. Chewing his lip inside his balaclava, he decides to do something useful with his debauched thoughts.
“C’mon,” he says, his tone dipping into something private with it’s odd, dragging gruff. “Be a good dog, Johnny.”

Summary
Ghost leans back to take in the view, whistling low at the sight before him. Those strong muscles bound up in green leather. How he can see the collar bob everytime he swallows. It was beautiful.
"Think you deserve a treat now. You want a bone, puppy? Come make master feel good." Soap breaths heavily through his nose, turning around to face the man so quick he almost falls over. Without his arms to catch him, his balance is off.
OR
Johnny finally tells Simon how BAD he wants to some nasty pet play fun in his life. Simon gives it to him good and hard.

Another harsh thrust punched out a cry from Yuuji's throat. Omega trembled violently beneath him, body oversensitive and exhausted, but Sukuna only groaned at the feeling. His pace lost rhythm as he chased his bliss. Yuuji's heart was beating wildly against his palm, and Sukuna moaned, kissing his shoulder blade.
