Shane folded his arms.
"I wasn't aware my facial expressions concerned you.""They don't."
He looked at the brunette for another second.
"...I'm just wondering if I get special treatment."Shane narrowed his eyes.
"You do.""Oh?"
"I have significantly less patience with you."
A quiet laugh escaped Ilya.
"I noticed.""I'm sure you did."
Silence settled between them as he returned his attention to the artwork. Then without looking up—
"You don't smile much."
"I smile."shane said calmly.
"Not at me."
"...Maybe there's a reason for that."
"Hm"A faint smile tugged at the corner of his mouth.
"What?"
"Now I'm curious."

Ilya keeps his eyes on him, the steam from the shower fogging the space as Hollander eventually lets himself look back, fingers working through his hair.
Ilya doesn't know what's going on.
Or why Hollander looks...off, as though he's hesitant about something.
Ilya turns away, continuing with scrubbing himself and grumbling, “Want to suck my dick or something?”
Hollander nervously mumbles words that are barely audible. Maybe it was an apology, maybe it was something else. But Ilya just brushes it off and finishes up his wash.
