Roy Kent knows his career is on the downturn, it's why he's ended up in a shithole like AFC Richmond. He's fucking tired. Tired of trying to keep up with himself, even more tired of trying to keep up with the kids that make up his team, and the most tired of the cocky new Man City loan. But even he can't ignore that something is wrong with that same cocky prick.

In an effort to increase team spirit, Ted changes up the roommate assignments for away games, sticking Jamie Tartt and Roy Kent together in the hopes that they can put aside their differences. Doing so makes Roy contend with being a better captain and Jamie a better teammate. It also a shines a light on things that Jamie wants to stay hidden. Fortunately for him, Roy can’t let go of the feeling that something is wrong and when things get worse before they get better, Jamie has more than one person in his corner.
_________________In which loans aren’t terminated, James Tartt is the worst, Jamie is just trying his best but struggles with being pulled in two different directions, and Roy Kent proves that he is ride or die even for pricks he definitely doesn't even like.
