Summary
Rose volunteers for a nonprofit that rescues sex-trafficked omegas, and Shane thinks it's a great cause. He even attends their fundraising galas.
Then, one night, Rose calls to ask for a favor: She wants Shane to let a recently-rescued male omega live with him. In his apartment.
His name is Ilya, Rose explains, and the thing is, despite omega hormone levels, he acts and smells just like an alpha. He can't keep staying in an omega group home because he's scaring the other omegas and endangering the staff.
But he could live with Shane, Rose insists. "You're a big strong alpha hockey player, so he can't intimidate you physically. But also he needs to feel safe, which he can with you, because you're not like other alphas." She pauses. "You know?"
By which she means Shane has never had a full rut, his scent glands barely work, he can't form a knot, and he has no interest in sticking his dick in anyone. Which, whatever. It's fine.
But if being a failure as an alpha means he can help this omega, Ilya, who's apparently as much of a biological anomaly as Shane is…
Shane says yes.
And maybe it's a stupid decision. But he knows that it's also the right one.

Summary
“We all get our bell rung eventually, right?”
When Ilya Rozanov wakes up in the hospital, he doesn’t know how he got there. He doesn’t know it’s 2019, his second season as captain of the Ottawa Centaurs. He doesn’t know he got hurt defending Shane Hollander on the ice.
All he knows is that he must have hit his head really, really, hard, because when he wakes up, there are three Hollanders looking at him with love in their eyes and concern on their faces.
This is especially confusing since the last time Ilya Rozanov remembers seeing Shane Hollander was at the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Summary
The first sound Ilya hears is a thin, discordant symphony of beeps and whirs. Something vibrating.
The next thing he hears is…wet. A sort of shaking, gargling sound, that feels like the ugliest crying he’s ever heard. And through it, Shane’s voice.
“I’m with him now, mom. He’s— he’s not fine. He’s not. I know—”
Ilya wants to ask who's not fine, but he can’t feel his own body, his mouth, enough to ask.
“Yeah,” Shane is saying, only slightly calmer. “I know. He wasn’t breathing—"
Ilya knows there's a link, between the clinical musicality of medical settings, Shane’s audible, awful distress, and his own physical incapacity. It’s just, it’s so tenuous, and the air around him is so thick, so heavy. It would be easy, to sleep, a little.

Except, Ilya is oblivious. Sometimes things will work out, sometimes good things happen randomly, and sometimes the two biggest names in hockey need a little guidance. Someone to see them as well as to help keep them hidden.
Scott Hunter would never label himself responsible, but unlike these two rookies, he wasn't on a crash course to blow up his life. Never at 28 did he see himself being responsible for two 23-year-olds and their domestic and sexual needs, but people do in fact have needs and all three of them needed this.
Ingredients: 5 cups of smut and equal parts BDSM, 4 tablespoons of bratty Russian, 1 teaspoon of bratty Wasian Canadian, half a pound of kink, let that simmer, then combine on high heat. Garnish with secret sauce that may or may not be bodily fluids.

Summary
Shane Hollander is the sole Omega within the NHL. He’s been running from his own instincts since the moment he first presented and lives his life akin to that of a Beta; scentless, never nesting, and without a heat cycle. Any failure to conform to these ideals would result in being outcast from his peers and by the league altogether.
Ilya is the only Alpha in ice hockey that plays without the use of suppressants. He lives his life purely driven by instinct, running from the ghosts of those attempting to control him. Unbeknownst to Shane, he’s also the only person that can smell the Omega, and the scent is steadily driving the Alpha insane.
