Dick’s face scrunched slightly as he looked vaguely in the direction of the locker room beyond the wall, his detective brain already connecting dots. He turned back to his brother. “Did something happen on the drug raid?”
Yes, but nothing that hasn’t happened a dozen times before, which was part of the issue he wanted to address.
“Yes, it-“ he hesitated.
“You need to stop pairing me up with Jason and Damian for patrols.”

Jason and Damian never really mellowed out in their treatment towards Tim beyond no longer trying to kill him or maim him. Dick and Bruce decided to send them on missions and patrols together to that they could learn to work with each other, but didn't account for the fact that those two were being assholes on purpose. A sabotage by his own teammates pushes Tim past his limit and he confronts Dick about this decision.

Summary
Tim, fed up with Jason and Bruce arguing over the Joker decides enough is enough and kills the Joker to get the only obstacle to the batfam's happiness out of the way. Obviously this means he has to leave since Batman won't accept a murderer, or at least not Tim as a murderer. However, Tim might be a bit wrong about that and the family is desperate to get Tim back. Will they find Tim? Will Gotham survive the chaos that is wrought from the death of Joker and then one of the best birds flying off into oblivion? Guess we'll find out.

Tim Drake, the third Robin, was sent away to the Titan Tower to be safe from Red Hood, a new threat back in Gotham.
Jason Todd, Red Hood, broke into the Titan Tower to teach his Replacement a lesson about dead Robins and stealing names.
Neither of them cares about some random biological mutations.
When Tim's secondary presentation heat hits, they are both set for a fun ride to find out why exactly Prime Omegas were respected and feared in equal measure. Summary
Tim Drake always knew his time as a Bat was going to be short-lived. All the Wayne brothers had made it clear how unwelcome he was. And Tim had enough self-respect to leave where he wasn't wanted. Besides, if he stayed, he was eventually going to be killed by one of them. So after he completed his mission as Red Robin by rescuing Bruce from the time stream, he left Gotham behind.
But when an old ally calls in a favor, he returns to the city he once called his home. While running into the Bats was necessary for mission success, being forced to spend time with his former teammates is not. And yet the more Tim does, the more he realizes they've changed. It seems as though they regretted their actions and want him back in the family.
And now they have him back in their grasp, they won't let him go again - no matter what.
