Summary
With no one around for him to rely on, he could only rely on himself to escape.
He couldn't get off of a moving train so he needed to wait until they reached a stop. In the meantime he could use the map on his phone to find out where he was.
He opened the map app and… an unrecognisable map appeared in front of him.
That could be because he was in a different country. A different country means a different map.
So he zoomed out to the maximum that was possible only to find that the entire world map was different.
‘This… this can't be… I didn't get transported to another world, did I?’
Or
Su Bei gets thrown in the orv world for some reason and has to figure out how to return home. He isn't alone, luckily, the Manga Consciousness and someone else is there with him.
Hopefully he doesn't get attached. That would be bad.

Across from Roy, his unit, and the Elrics, was a strange… thing. It had the vague shape of a human, but instead of flesh and blood, it was emptiness. It was the void around them compressed, forming something of nothing. The featureless face suddenly split, an eerie toothed grin that made Roy’s hair stand on end. Run, his instincts shrieked, even as they despaired: Nowhere to hide, nowhere to run, you can’t hide, not from that.
“Long time no see, Truth.”
“Ah, ~Li-ttle Al-che-mist~! So nice of you to drop by!”

Roy Mustang had never quite figured out if the Elric brothers were a blessing or a curse. After this particular chain of events, he came to understand it was neither, God just found them amusing.

Summary
It was rather unusual for a twelve-year-old to have two full-replacement automail limbs. Edward typically tried to cover every inch of skin and metal to avoid the questions, but unfortunately, it couldn’t always be helped. When asked the question, “How’d you lose your limbs?”, the usual story was that Ed had lost them in the Eastern Conflict.
But what if he decided to take a more… interesting approach? After all, if Al wears the armor as a hobby, why can’t Ed have lost his arm against a bear?

Or, Fullmetal Alchemist where everything is the same but Ed comes up with increasingly more insane ways for him to be short a few body parts.
