Summary
At the back of his mind, Medkit tries to process the feeling of being used. Truth be told, he was seeking to end his suffering one way or another, and more often than not he’d come to the conclusion that he really needed to die. He thought that meeting up with Subspace even once was the easy way to do it. Now it turns out he wanted Medkit to live, apparently, whatever this emotionally convoluted and complex verb could ever mean to Subspace. Medkit hardly considered what he had a life if he had to live in fear all of the time, but Subspace thinks this is the best it could get? Top best experiences possible in all of the Inphinity?
Medkit and Subspace meet up to battle on a weekly basis. One day, Medkit is spared at the end of combat.

Summary
Medkit doesn't know that Boombox is capable of making good music until atune haunts him for weeks on end. In an act of desperation, Medkit agrees to hang out with the musician for once. Anything to get that damn song out of his head.
Everything is going fine until Mother nature (Windforce) decides she has other plans. What was meant to be a simple trip to Playground turns into the pair smoking, laughing and finding themselves well, killing an afternoon together.

Playground has been afflicted with heavy light pollution for years. Skateboard and Boombox have never truly seen the stars, but to them, that's all the stars are. Tiny pinpricks of spaced out white dots. However, after being invited to come visit Slingshot and his family's house in Thieves' Den the two Playgrounders witness the true form of the stars for the very first time.
