Summary
There was a loud knock at the door, both men freezing in their spots. Compress looked giddy with excitement, were they horrible people? Probably. But they’d ragged on all of Dabi’s exes so Dabi figured it was free real estate. Compress snickered as he followed Dabi over to the door. He paused a moment, collecting his bearings before swinging open the door- not prepared at all to have the breath knocked out of him at first sight. Feathery strands of shining golden hair that almost nearly shone as bright as the pretty sunshine eyes staring back at him from under thick dark lashes. His eyes were rimmed with dark marks, sharp and accenting his eyes in a way Dabi hadn’t ever seen before in his life. He was a head or so smaller than Dabi, but he was broad and the tight fitting dark shirt didn’t help much with hiding that. But what really caught Dabi’s eyes were the large scarlet wings poised behind him, so pretty and bright and Dabi bet that the feathers were pillow soft. He swallowed hard before glancing back towards Compress, from the surprised look on Compress’ face he hadn’t been ready either.
