    Tommy is a pianist, has been since he was nine. He had discovered the world of classical music and Jazz in his bedroom some Wednesday afternoon and fallen in love. Working on stage at a new restaurant gave him the extra cash and an excuse to get out of the house.

    His brothers have been gone for the past eight years, with Technoblade earning his doctorate degree and Wilbur earning his masters (along with traveling with his band).

    For some unknown reason, they decide to visit home and try to make up for missing out on Tommys childhood, but he won't have it. One night, Wilbur suggests they have dinner at a new restaurant he saw on his way in. Point Piano, also known as the place Tommy works.

    He doesn't know they plan on visiting the restaurant, so when he tells them he's going to hang out with a friend, he's actually going to work. While he's up on that stage, the spotlight shines so brightly in his eyes that he can't see the shocked faces of his family somewhere in the crowd of tables.

    Tommy plays piano. Techno and Wilbur have been gone for eight years. They come back and see a boy they don't recognize.

    Tommy was a God who made a new life for himself, moving on from his past and finding family in mortals where he thought it impossible. He already has two brothers, certainly he doesn't need anyone else. So why did these three other mortals seem so interested in him and how did he get them to back off?

    He might not have been able to keep the fact that he was God from his brothers but he should be able to with the heroes, right? Even if he was going to be spending more time with them - what with MCC and training coming up... - it would be fine! ...Right?

    “Yeah, and that’s the issue. Will- I already have brothers, okay? It’s- it’s funny, right, when you make that joke and I go along, but that’s all it is. It’s a joke.”

    Tommy drew the line in the sand, looking at Willis seriously, but stopped when he saw how genuinely taken aback and hurt Willis was at his words.

    “...Oh. I- Sorry,” he apologized again, standing up straighter and glancing away. His ears were pinned back and down and his mouth was pressed into a straight line. “I won’t do it again.”
