Summary
From the moment he was born Izuku was different. His unblinking, vacant stare unsettled all who were subjected to it. When Hisashi abandons them Inko finally snaps. The only explanation she could come up with for her son's condition was that a Demon was possessing him. When her attempts to expel the Demon from Izuku leads to a massive fire, Izuku is caught in the flames. No one expected the child to come out of the fire with a newly manifested quirk. Especially not one All For One wants desperately.

Summary
Like most things, Izuku didn’t particularly want to start his career as a vigilante. In the same way he didn’t want to go to school every day to quirkist teachers, or how he didn’t want to be the victim of bullying and assault daily, oh, and he especially didn’t want his mom to run off and abandon him.
But, there are laws and there are legalities, and in this day and age in Japan, his quirk status leaves more wiggle room than should be allowed.
vigilantism had a similar situation. The laws stating something along the lines of: ‘a person, or persons, who is caught practicing unauthorized quirk usage for heroic acts, disregarding self-defense, will be prosecuted and may be fined up to-‘. Yeah, yeah, blah blah, the important part there is ‘quirk usage’, and fortunately (or unfortunately) that didn’t apply to Izuku.

Or, an author who’s tired of unrealistic fics where a teenage vigilante is trying to keep too many secrets, and decided to write one for themselves.

Izuku gets de-aged to 3 years old and Shota Aizawa is really not being paid enough to deal with any of this.

“Izuku, how old are you right now?”Izuku's wide green eyes stare back at him. “I'm- I'm 3, Mr. Eraser.”
“Okay. What's the last thing you remember?”
Izuku looks down at his lap, his small fingers tracing over a bruise on his stomach. “Papa was angry cause I was too loud. So I cried and took a nap and now I'm awake here... Did Papa take me here?”
Shota exhales and decides that the truth might be too confusing for now. “Well, I'm going to take care of you until you feel better, okay? You're going to be staying with me for now. Your dad's gone. He won't hurt you anymore.”
Izuku looks up, eyes full of hope that dares not be called hope, something so shaky and hesitant but desperate nonetheless. “Really?”
And for once, Shota gives his student a smile. “I promise. Cross my heart.”

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Izuku has been abused by everyone in his life since his quirk came in, the bullies beat his dreams away with the help of his mother, one day he decided that if he can't be a hero he'll find another way to help people. To the Underground Pros he works with he's an extremely effective vigilante known as Echo. After all, he can't get in trouble for being a vigilante if his quirk isn't even registered, can he?
