Summary
Here’s the thing about the end of the world:
You don’t expect it.
But it’s alright, because you learn to live. And Etho has done exactly that for the last ten years of his life. It’s simple, really; butcher as many undead bastards as possible, and hope that they take a long time to regenerate. As much as Etho wishes that they could actually kill the ‘backies’, as he calls them, it’s just not possible.
So when he meets someone who can stop the undead in their very tracks, he doesn’t know what to do. Even worse? He’s now indebted to this mysterious person with something more precious than anything.
His life.

Summary
“Look, Tango, I need you keep an open mind,” Impulse said, hurriedly placing the bundle delicately in Tango’s arms, “and especially an open heart.”
Tango cradled it like he saw Impulse had. It had a very strange weight to it. After all, it was very heavy for its size. And, if he stayed still enough, he could vaguely feel a small amount of movement.
Almost like breathing.
“You were the only person who could help,” Impulse whispered, his voice pathetically wet as he carefully pulled the blankets back.
Tango tore his eyes away from Impulse, and onto the thing in the bundle.
His heart dropped.

Aka- Tango has had a lot of internalized hate for his own species when a baby of the same species suddenly appears in Hermitcraft.
Aka aka- Tango turns out to be a pretty alright dad
