“Sushi, shhh!” Oboro whispers and frantically shushes the mewling kitten standing on her back legs on his lap, her forepaws planted squarely on his chest. “I fed you more sushi. You have a litter box. What else could you want?!”
Oboro looks around his bedroom between the makeshift litter box consisting of a paint tray and last week’s shredded math test, a toilet paper roll turned cat toy, and the last bites of raw salmon he needs to sneak down to the kitchen trash.
She ignores him, as cats are wont to do, and loudly mewls again. He picks her up, and sighs in relief when she starts purring the instant he brings her to rest against his collarbone. She’s so tiny he can completely cup her with both hands.
“Spoiled little princess,” he fondly sighs and climbs into bed. Sushi drapes herself across his neck, her toes barely touching the pillow and her pulse fluttering against his own. He can just catch a tiny toothy yawn from the corner of his eye before Sushi is asleep and he’s pinned on his back. In his dreams, his face is smothered by a fishy smelling cloud.

“Sure!” Eijirou hopped out of bed and walked to his closet to find something nicer than work-out clothes. He’d dress up for lunch with his best friend, especially because Japan’s Number Two Hero always paid on their lunch dates.
Not dates… They weren’t dating. But Katsuki did buy him food, and it made Eijirou’s omega instincts preen.
