"Look, I learned my lesson alright? I knew who you were and—"
"You did what you did anyways?" He looks at Rain and it saddens Payu that Rain seems so unbothered. "Do you even know what you did?" That question is lost on Rain. "I also know what I am and I know that no one would approach me with a confession even if they had the balls. But you..." he looks at the boy with a faint smile. "What you had was beyond balls. And when I read your letter I thought you were someone finally worth it. That's why I accepted your confession."
Huffing out a laugh of disbelief Rain responds. "But you're the great Payu God of our department. I can't imagine why this would bother you so much."
"You still don't get it?!" To his defense Rain can be a bit dense, the boy sometimes needed things spelled out for him to comprehend. "I said yes! I actually thought you wanted to try with me. But you were just fucking with me."

And with every step, her feeling shifts—moulding into unadulterated rage that someone had dared to touch her younger brother.
'Papa, Dad, I'll call you when I get there. Let you know how he is,' she says, her knuckles white around her iPhone. She knows that they're both rather annoyed that they can't be there themselves, but they had needed to have a word with the idiot's father, to remind him what happens when you raise a spoiled bastard who thinks he can cross the Theerapanyakun family.
