That’s how much debt he was in after his tuition balance finally posted.
Felix stared at the number, numb. His adrenaline had spiked so fast that now his hands tingled, his stomach twisted hollow, and a cold sweat clung to the back of his neck.
He was officially at rock bottom—with absolutely no idea how to climb out.
Tears pricked behind his eyes, hot and humiliating.
Felix swallowed. And then it came back—that thought.
That dangerous, glowing idea that had been flickering in the back of his mind every time he looked at his boss.
He’d spent the last week and a half pushing it down. Forcing it down. Trying to bury it beneath professionalism and pride.
But what was wrong with…asking?
Not that word. Not outright.
Just an offer. A proposal.
The worst he could do was say no.

“You gonna fuck me up?” He huffs breathlessly.
Minho’s jaw clenches and his lips thin out into a straight line.
Jisung is smiling, inches away from Minho.
He was enraged, wriggling with all his left over strength.
“Get the fuck off me,” He barks as if this wasn’t the whole point of wrestling.
Jisung just gleams.
The ref starts counting down due to Minho’s insignificant movements. He starts to panic, squirming even more.
No no no. It can’t end like this.
Time moves so slowly and the world seems to halt.
“That’s right, Jisungie! Hold it!” He hears Hyunjin cheer from the side lines.
Minho writhes beneath him even more, but now it’s just draining his energy. He’s straining too much.
“Just gonna let me have it?” Han lifts a brow

Fuck. No.
“Not gonna try any harder?” He smiles. Stupid pink mouthguard.
“2”
Come on, please.
Minho ruts up against Han one last time but to no avail.
And time catches up, sound blaring in his ears again.

Changbin leans in slightly, exhaling sharply out of his nose which you could only excuse for a laugh. "Keep talking all big and bad and I might just start thinking you're trying to distract me."
You copy him, leaning in and glaring. "Distract you? From your weak case or... something else?"
Changbin tuts at you. "Careful, counselor. You're walking a fine line."
"I've always been good at navigating dangerous territory. You, on the other hand, seem to be enjoying the view a little too much,"
He shrugs, quirking an eyebrow. "Maybe I just like the challenge."
"Then you better pull up your big boy panties, because I'm not going easy on you— in or out of court."
He just cheeses at you. "Who says I want you to?"

“One bucket of fried chicken, please,” he orders.
The girls murmur in excitement behind him. Suguru grins.
“You got lucky, sir! This is the last one,” Haibara tells him, sounding relieved.
A man—long body wrapped in a Christmas cardigan and head covered in a shock of shaggy, white hair—suddenly leans against the counter next to Suguru, who casts him an unimpressed look. The guy (Specs, seeing as his eyes are swallowed by a pair of black circle lenses) puts on a front, spreading a hand out into the air in front of him.
“Listen,” he starts, and Suguru very much wants to stop listening in that very moment, “you look like you could buy an entire chain of KFC’s; that coat looks very expensive. But I, a poor kindergarten teacher, had to save my entire meager yearly salary in the hopes of feeding my kids this bucket of chicken for Christmas, so”—Specs flashes a winning smile—“can you cut a guy a break?”

However as time goes by and the plot progresses yada yada, Satoru has to come to realize a lot of things about himself, and his roommate. However Satoru is stubborn as can be and is a little shit.
