Summary
The coffee machine is broken.
Illya stares at the piece of paper stuck over the front of it, the smiley face drawn underneath the damming Out of Order as if it somehow helps. The little touch display on the top refuses to light up, no matter how many times he pokes it.
Illya stares longingly at the broken machine, and then does what he normally does when he finds a problem he can’t immediately fix.
There’s a freshly painted sign over the café opposite as they jimmy the back door open and slip outside, elegant cursive that’s only just readable. “Solo’s,” Gaby reads aloud. “Well, let’s see what they’ve got.”

Summary
“Does he ever talk about his past?” Napoleon asks, the words escaping his mouth before he can tell himself to hold them back. He coughs. “You know. During all those fake romantic nights?”
“His past?” Gaby asks slowly, and gives him a curious look.
“Yeah, you know,” Napoleon gestures, feeling tired and out of his depth. “Lovers. Family. Russia. That kind of thing.”

Summary
Napoleon Solo did not believe in soul mates.
Or rather he did, but he had no interest in finding his own nor did he believe he was ever likely to do so.
He was determined to be his own person despite the blood red Cyrillic that curled down his rib cage like a cattle brand.
Napoleon had no interest in seeking out Illya Kuryakin. In fact, if he ever met him, Napoleon was determined to do everything in his power to drive him away.

Summary
Arthur gave Merlin his cloak thinking only of the warmth it would offer in a snowstorm. He never thought his manservant may be mistaken for him and snatched by bandits. Nor did he expect his dashing rescue of Merlin to turn his world so utterly on his head.
Because the bandits hadn't kidnapped a prince. They'd snatched a sorcerer, and now captivity is the least of anyone's problems.
A golden age awaits, but can they claim it together, or are they doomed to fail?

Summary
“I— Yeah,” I cut whoever was speaking off, my voice sounding strange and distant, like I was hearing myself from ten feet away. “I’m fine, I just have to… I think I need… uhm…”
I was rising to my feet, then, my thoughts blurry and all over the place. As I shuffled out from under the table, I moved too fast and hit the edge of it with my knees. It was a terrible idea — pain flashed through my hips and spine without the help of my cane, which I vaguely registered leaving on the ground as I pushed away from the conference table, took one more look at the people gathered around it…
And broke out into a run.
Or: Grace returns to Earth but has trouble adapting to humans again. Humans who stare, and scrutinise, and can read his thoughts at a glance.
