By the time Katsuki made it back to Best Jeanist’s agency, his skin was practically itching and he was more agitated than he had been in a long time. He snapped at a sidekick when they came to his desk to ask if he’d finished his report so it could be filed, before practically throwing it at them. His fingers began to tingle and his mouth flooded with saliva.
When had he eaten last? Maybe he was hangry.
But he didn’t want food. He wanted…

Katsuki shot to his feet and stalked from the collective office quickly, heading for the bathroom. He ducked into a toilet stall, breathing hard as he finally glanced down at the tips of his now slowly blackening fingers. His fingernails sharpened and grew even as he watched, curling a little as two points of pain started up at his hairline.
No. No fucking way had he been hit with that asshole’s quirk.

Summary
In hindsight, it really should have been a simple task.
Bakugou would help his shitty dragon through their ‘heat’, take care of his needs in the process, and set out on the road again when the season passed. Should have been a straightforward ordeal that couldn’t take more than a day or two, right?
Who knew there was so much to Draconian anatomy to take into account for.

Summary
Bakugou watches. He’s seen this hundred, thousands of times before.
But Bakugou watches, as a pair of horns twist out the sides of his head; as red scales bloom across Kirishima’s face, furl out and span down to his chest; and his teeth push out of his lips and sharpen to canines; and his nails rush to fill out into claws; and his eyes colour bronze and irises turn into sharp, predatory slits; and his wings push out his back and unfold to their full wingspan; and his clothes magically fuse into fur at his throat; and he sparkles, he shines, the glow of mist and glamour shimmering around him and it dissolves in a gentle gust, a whirl around Kirishima.
And he stands at the height of a tree and there’s tendrils of smoke curling out his nose and his mouth is a chamber of fangs and everything, everything about Kirishima is gorgeous: the polished bronze of his red scales, the scruff of fur at his neck and the tufts at the tuck of his ears and the curl of his claws and the warmth that he emits, just being in his presence shoots the temperature.
*bakugou always walks on ahead, and kirishima is the steady support behind him, a sturdy rock
