The camera followed Vidal as she returned to her bag and pulled out a bottle of water, speaking quietly to a linesman who approached her with an umbrella for shade.
Agatha expected her to take a swig, she couldn’t imagine how thirsty she must be after playing in this heat, but instead she closed her eyes, tilted her head back and squeezed the water over her face.
Agatha’s eyes widened. She was suddenly grateful for the sunglasses hiding half her face.
Vidal shook the droplets off and then lifted the hem of her shirt to wipe the excess from her chin, briefly exposing her abs and the bottom of her sports bra.
Agatha was finally starting to understand the appeal of this game.

Agatha smiled. With her teeth all out. She looked around. Because for sure there was some hidden camera somewhere. This Had to be some sort of prank.
“What are you talking about.” She felt like she had just escaped a mental ward hospitalization place. Was this how lab rats felt? She should go vegan in solidarity with The Rats.
“You’re currently pregnant with my child.” The hot woman who looks vaguely familiar said.
Agatha looked at her and, well, Agatha, she started laughing.

“Maybe even four of them at once.” Agatha adds, almost thoughtfully. “That way you’ll be too busy working for the rest of your life to pay for child support instead of terrorizing mine.”
“Hey—no, no, don’t put that into the universe!” Rio gasps, immediately stepping back as panic fully takes over her usual composure. She reaches out on instinct and knocks against the nearest wall, which is not even wood so that does absolutely nothing to satisfy her superstitious desperation. “Absolutely not. We are not manifesting that. Not today, not ever!”

High school teachers Agatha and Rio aren’t each other’s biggest fans, until one night together gives them a lifelong assignment they didn't sign up for.

Agatha’s mind wanders again as Professor Sharon Davis monologues in a squeaky voice about the importance of teamwork. Agatha’s gaze falls on a girl on the opposite side of the auditorium. The girl is wearing a button-down and slacks, but it’s paired with a black leather jacket instead of a blazer. She further stands out because her black hair has been bleached and dyed red in a streak framing her face. The girl seems similarly disinterested to Agatha; her posture looks rapt, she sits on the edge of her seat and leans toward the panel, but her eyes look glazed over and her mouth hangs open. Agatha tracks her gaze and thinks the girl must be staring at Professor Kale. Agatha smirks and bites the meat of her hand to stifle a snort. At least she’s not the only one who’s hot for teacher.
