Din Djarin had six shots in him... Two were cheap Corellian rotgut that the barkeep on Nevarro had poured without ceremony into a pair of dented tin cups. Three were bacta, administered in rapid succession by a field medic droid whose bedside manner left everything to be desired. And one was a ballistic slug from an old Czerka enforcer pistol, and on a night like this, Din was feeling all of them.

After reclaiming Mandalore, Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze find themselves navigating something far more terrifying than any battlefield, whatever it is that's been building between them. When an evening alone finally leads somewhere, they discover that undressing a Mandalorian is less romantic and far more armed than either of them anticipated.
A/N: Inspired by a Tumblr post about two characters trying to undress each other and being constantly interrupted by finding increasingly absurd amounts of concealed weapons. If any two people in the galaxy were made for this prompt, it's these two.

In the weeks after Mandalore is reclaimed, Bo-Katan Kryze is buried under the weight of a planet she has only just learned how to lead. Din Djarin pulls her off-world on a bounty job that should be simple. Hoth, of course, is never simple. Forced into the close dark of an ice cave, then into the customs of a matriarchal scavenger covert who assume rather a lot about them, Din and Bo learn that the long way home is sometimes the only way home.
