Summary
When Nathan catches a glimpse of a photograph of a lone blue butterfly in the school bathroom, the fondest memory of his past is triggered and he is engulfed by a calm so foreign to him it forces him to lower the gun barrel he had squarely aimed at Chloe Price’s stomach. But as quickly as this newfound peace engulfs him, it dissipates when he finds out who the photographer behind the blue butterfly photograph really is. His life is filled with yet another form of chaos but this time he welcomes it and Max finds out in the most difficult way possible that old habits die hard.
Set in an AU that occurs post episode 5, where Nathan's mother passed away when he was a child and Max chooses to sacrifice Chloe but finds her decision is in vain when Nathan's own volition is what stops him from shooting her best friend.

Bellamy's Murphy's parole officer who's a little to close to him and Murphy keeps getting himself into trouble, but after calling Bellamy to get him out of jail one night, Bellamy finds out the reason for Murphy constantly getting himself locked up. Bellamy, wanting to help him out and keep him from ruining his life even more, offers him an alternate solution and forcing himself to stomp down his affection for Murphy, because he's still only 17, and Bellamy can't take advantage of him like that. So here he was, frantically searching the forest for anything that spoke to Octavia’s whereabouts. Well, that’s where he was in theory. In practice, he was lost, it was getting dark, and the fall he had taken over a protruding root had bruised his thigh something awful, and his knee felt bloated and out of place and he could tell some part of his leg was bleeding sluggishly.
So where he actually was, was limping his way through the forest, lost, tired and hungry.
