“You’re not going to karking believe what I just found,” the scout says upon returning. “That karking tunnel? Doesn’t lead to the karking surface!” He sounds terrified, enough that Anakin opens his eyes to look at him. “It leads to a nest!”
“What?” One of them asks, “A nest of what?”
“Things live on Hoth?” Anakin asks.
“Oh, yeah,” one of the scouts says, nonchalant. “Ice worms that’ll crawl in your ear and eat your brains out, dog things that taste like tar, and the kriffing snow beasts that eat the dog things.”
