“Ace, Ace—you’re doing fine. Hey. Ace, I need you to open your eyes again for me. Can you do that?”
He whined at the voice, the request jumbled in his mind more than normal, slow to process. It was maybe a minute, maybe only a few seconds before he complied, silver eyes parted just enough to dazedly stare ahead of him, again relieved to find that the light was no longer there to harass him. Though, that also meant that it took a moment to zero in on the blurred figure before him, still little more than a shadow against a equally dark backdrop, for the moment.
“There you go,” the disjointed voice spoke, the sound soothing, familiar. “You’re doing great.”

He hesitated a moment, biting into his bottom lip when Ace’s gaze bore into his own, molten silver alive with curiosity. Sabo felt, for a moment, as if those eyes were daring him to speak his mind, to voice the words he held back. They dropped a moment later to focus onto the table instead, but Sabo could still feel the lingering intensity, a current in the air. The vines around his heart tightened in reminder, constricting around him and devouring the air in his lungs. When he sighed out his breath it was heavy with trepidation.
“Say you have a boyfriend instead. If they press, tell them that it’s me.”

There was a man perhaps no more than twenty feet from him, half hidden behind the front counter. Sabo didn’t know how he had missed him, so distracted by the plants themselves that he must have merely skimmed over him, drawn to other things. Now, however, with his full attention riveted on the man, it seemed foolish. He was easily the most stunning thing here.

Summary
Percy knew that traveling back to ancient Greece wouldn’t be a walk in the park (time travel was supposed to be impossible), but he was determined to keep his promise to Telemachus; not knowing that being back wouldn‘t solve all of his problems like some Holy Moly.
But Percy was one stubborn demigod, and he had a lot to fight for. He would face gods, suitors, and arrogant guards, as well as unfairness, schemes and heartbreak gladly, if it meant to finally reach his Dream-Boy again. And…cows (?) where in Hades did they come from? And what was that about someone trying to trap his Prince in a marriage?!
Oh, and Ody would also need a way back home to finally rid the palace of all the rats crawling around.
All in all, there would be enough to keep him entertained for a while…if he could only find the answer to the most useless crappy riddle the Fates had ever spun! (Pun intended, but not appreciated…)

Telemachus was sick of waiting. Especially when it came to Poseidon's slow-witted and completely blind son, who, even after months (or years) of hints, still didn't understand that he was the only one for the prince. It was time to get out the big guns (or apples)…he had a demigod to seduce!

As young adults, they run into him in Gotham, of all places. It's a stroke of luck that brings their best friend back to them.
If only it was that easy for the Bats to find the god damn engineer that's been running circles around them while they try to track him down.

Summary
Kon-El comes back from the dead to find his boyfriend, Tim, has endured the death of most of his friends, been stripped of his mantle, joined the League of Assassins (briefly), lost Bruce to the timestream and brought him back, and come out of this all with a host more obsessive traits. He does not handle this well.
Tim's boyfriend comes back from the dead, and all he wants is to keep him *safe.* But everyone seems to think he's insane for doing this.
Danny just wants to study aerospace engineering someplace he's unlikely to get kidnapped and dissected (again). But when he overhears a certain vigilante nearly in tears while on the phone with some guy who sounds like a dick...well, he can't keep his nose out of it. Combine that with a unfairly hot, extremely sleep-deprived regular at his coffee shop, and Danny is getting way more caught up in Gotham drama than he ever intended.
