   Summary

   Five years after Alex and Maggie split Alex has built herself a new life. She has a beautiful new girlfriend and a four year old son. An accident during a mission against Cadmus shakes up her new life and sends her away from National city. Maggie Sawyer now lives in Gotham and is working as head of the Gotham PD science division. She meets a young boy while delivering a prisoner to the hospital. The young boy leads her back to love lost long ago.
