When he receives a message back from the new owner, Leorio is hardly expecting the back and forth, the bickering, the slow, gnawing sense of longing that fills his chest with each exchange.

Summary
A slow-paced, slice of life story about Killua being fostered by Kurapika and Leorio in a modern setting.
Leorio and Kurapika have been married for longer than they’ve lived together. Both have suffered tragedy in their childhoods, and it’s made them into a complicated pair. They shouldn’t work so well together, they shouldn’t so fully complement one another, but they do.
If there is one thing that the both of them can completely agree on, it’s that there is no child who should live through what they did.
Now, they’ve agreed to take in a foster child together. Killua may be more of a handful than they realized... but nobody is prepared more for the challenge than they are.

Summary
“Bertl…” Only a minute after Bertholdt sits back down with his book, Reiner nudges him with his foot. He looks over, smiling when he sees a familiar pout. “I’m cold.”
Everyone would be shocked to know this side of Reiner, he’s sure. Not their cool, reliable older brother, but Bertholdt’s endlessly spoiled partner. Without a word, he slides underneath the blankets and curls up against his side.
Reiner closes his eyes in contentment, arm already wrapped around Bertholdt’s waist and pulling him in close. Just like a fussy — but ultimately happy — big cat.
“If you wanted to cuddle, you could have just said so, you know?”
